Date on 31st March 2025,As per the Avanigadda Circle Inspector’s report, Ravi Damohan Babu, his wife, grandson (5 years old), and infant lost their lives in a road accident in Andhra Pradesh.
The family of four was traveling from Tenali to Subrahmaneswara Swami Temple for the infant’s naming ceremony when the accident occurred.DriveSafe
The accident happened on NH-216 near Puligadda Village (Avanigadda) when their car collided with a lorry (truck).
As a result, three people including the infant, died on the spot, while another child succumbed to injuries at the hospital.
What are the Possible Causes of this Accident:
1. Driver was distracted while driving.
2. Overspeeding while cornering.
3. Overtaking from the left side.
4. Failure to anticipate the gap in the median and vehicle movement.
5. Loss of control at an intersection or merging road.
6. Lorry was stationary on the road.
7. Lorry was not visible while overtaking another vehicle due to a blind spot.
8. Other contributing factors.
A small mistake on the road, failure to follow traffic rules, and lack of care, caution, or courtesy can lead to the fatal accidents and loss of life.
