A tragic road accident in Hyderabad has claimed the life of a 54-year-old man. The fatal crash occurred late Monday night in Keesara, located on the city’s outskirts, when a speeding truck violently rammed into the victim’s motorcycle. This devastating incident highlights the severe consequences of reckless driving on busy transit routes.
Victim Identified as Yadadri Bhuvanagiri Resident
Local authorities have officially identified the deceased victim as Ravinder. He was a resident of Malyala village, situated within the Bommalramaram mandal of the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district. According to officials, Ravinder was traveling back to his home on his two-wheeler when the sudden and unfortunate collision took place, cutting his journey tragically short.
Details of the Fatal Collision
According to the preliminary reports provided by the Keesara Police, the fatal accident unfolded as a recklessly driven truck, approaching from the direction of the Outer Ring Road (ORR), struck Ravinder’s bike. The forceful impact of the collision caused the rider to lose his balance and fall directly under the rear wheel of the heavy commercial vehicle.
Ravinder sustained grievous injuries from the crash. Tragically, the 54-year-old succumbed to his extensive wounds and died on the spot, before any emergency medical assistance could arrive at the scene.
Hit-and-Run Investigation Launched
Immediately following the fatal crash, the unidentified truck driver fled the scene to evade authorities, turning the deadly collision into a hit-and-run case. Law enforcement officials from the Keesara Police Station quickly arrived at the site after receiving alerts about the Hyderabad road accident.
The police have since secured the area, registered a formal criminal case, and launched a comprehensive investigation. Authorities are currently working to gather local evidence to track down the absconding driver and bring him to justice.
