An Indigo Airline Employee Dies (Customer care executive) was killed, while her colleagues and the driver sustained serious injuries.

The incident occurred on the morning of April 31st when the Indigo Airlines customer care executive died in a road accident after their car collided with a stationary bus. According to the police, Sneha (24 years) from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, was returning with her colleagues in a cab when the accident happened.
Sneha was critically injured and later succumbed to her injuries in hospital . The accident occurred at around 4:30 AM early morning, when their car rear ended with a stationary bus on the ITC factory service road near the Tarabanali Gate.
All three occupants sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital. While other two including the driver, are receiving treatment for severe injuries, but Sneha tragically passed away.
The police have registered a case, and it is now under investigation. However, Sneha’s father stated that the accident occurred due to the driver’s negligent driving.
What was the result of this accident?
An Indigo Airlines executive lost her life, a father lost his daughter, and a family lost their loved one, who will never return.
This tragedy highlights the importance of adhering to road safety protocols. While airlines are known for their strict safety guidelines during boarding and un boarding, including the use of seat belts, proper seat positioning, and mobile phone regulations.
But this incident highlights the negligence on the road. The car driver’s lack of attention to road safety rules led to the tragic outcome.
